A spark of light -Holiday ornament B-24
What is the inspiration behind this year design?
Always in mind to create a family of snowflakes, this year design is inspired by star anise and point-settia shapes. This year, the shape shows reference of pastry. It feels like we would like to bite into it don't you think?
Snow-white
The idea of preserving the whiteness of the porcelain continues in the new decorative tradition. After several tests and trials, keeping it white turns out to be the most elegant, timeless option. With the days shorten, this spark of light is welcomed.
Is it possible to install it outside?
Of course! Porcelain having virtually no porosity can tolerate the change of temperature. However, we recommend being careful about thermal shock. When the ornament is taken down, place it on a cloth for at least an hour and store it safely.
What is next?
Greta and I still have in mind to continu this great tradition. To our great hapiness, our customers are waiting for the next design impatiently. The idea of marking time with a celebratory object is important to us and resonate with many.
Where do I get my inspiration?
À l'arBy the time holiday season is upon us, production has long been completed! So I take the opportunity to draw and inspire myself. The design and production of the molds ar therefore in progress on February of the following year.
Wishing you an inspiring and sweet season!
