Damaged product from shipping

Our products are driven by our passion. Although each piece is duly inspected and photographed before shipment, the hazards of transport are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email within  48 hours of receipt. In your message, please include a few photos that clearly expose the damage:

  • damaged outer packaging;
  • breakage on the product;
  • the serial number located on the collar adjustment ring.  

Please note that any repair, replacement or refund of the product will involve a prior return of the entire merchandise. These are numbered collector's items and this rigour is necessary. In all cases, the return shipping costs will be paid by Studio Minéral. Please keep your receipts and send them to us. In the very unlikely event that we receive a piece with a manufacturing defect despite our best precautions, please contact us in the same manner and under the same terms. 

We would like to remind you, however, that our parts may show slight variations in colour and surface due to hand work and the natural composition of the material. These elements make each product unique and do not in any way constitute a manufacturing defect. 

Cases of non-delivery

Within 30 days after the announced date of receipt of the goods, if you have not received your package, you can make use of the right of cancellation. Studio Minéral will proceed to a refund within 7 working days. In any case, please write to us at [email protected] and we will assist you with care and attention. We are committed to making your experience a pleasant one, no matter what happens in life!


You will not be able to cancel an order once payment has been made on the [studiomineraldesign.com] site, except in cases specifically provided for by law.

This policy is disclosed in accordance with section 54.4 of the Consumer Protection Act.

International shipment (USA and UE)

Studio Minéral cannot predict what fees will be amount to and cannot pay for them. Customers are responsable to pay for these.
